W3 Initiative (Winnies Women World Initiative) is a Ghanaian based non-governmental organization led by girls for girls to girls which empowers young women with skills and girls to break cultural limitation to achieve their goals. We address unemployment, inequality and promote education in Ghana by producing quality educational materials. We are committed to serving women, youth and children by creating project that advance their social and economic welfare.
